Sweet Blueberry Soap

4 oz oval

Ingredients

4 oz Clear Melt and Pour Soap
1 drop Red dye
2 drops Blue dye
4 drops Sweet Blueberry scent

Equipment Needed
Microwave
Microwave safe bowl
Chopstick or spoon
 

Instructions

  • Break up 4 ounces of soap in a bowl

  • Microwave it for 30 seconds at half power. 

  • Stir gently so soap mixture does not foam.

  • Keep putting back into microwave until melted for about 5 - 10 seconds at a time, at half power, being careful not to let soap boil or overheat

  • When melted, add  the Red and Blue dye

  • Stir gently to incorporate the dye then add the Sweet Blueberry scent and stir.

  • Pour into the CLEAN soap mold

  • Remove any foam or bubbles which may have formed by either scraping the top of the soap or spray with a light mist of alcohol.

  • Put mold into freezer for about 1 hour.  It will pop right out
